For any nominal utility token deposits or custom owner agreements, our local campus manager completes a standard room inspection audit within 24 hours of checkout. Any eligible balances are processed and refunded directly to your original payment method or UPI bank account within 7 business days.
3. Pre-Move-In Cancellation Terms
Cancel 14+ days before move-in: 100% full booking refund.
Cancel 7 to 13 days before move-in: 80% booking refund.
